My name is Marlene Boyle, and before becoming a real estate professional I had a successful career in the medical field, allowing me to develop strong, people-friendly social skills that will help you buy or sell at the right price. I am a longtime resident of Durham Region with a wealth of extensive knowledge of areas in or nearby to Durham. My core service area focuses on the Clarington / Bowmanville region with Pickering to Newtonville as my extended service region. We met Marlene at an open house when we were considering selling our home in Toronto and moving to Bowmanville. Marlene worked with us tirelessly for months looking for the perfect home in Bowmanville. We thought we had found it in on a least three occasions, however, since the sale of our property in Toronto kept falling through, so did the purchases. Marlene was with us on numerous occasions until late in the night, waiting for confirmation of the deal. As we were travelling to Bowmanville from Toronto, after work, sometimes two or three times a week, late nights were a common occurrence and it was never any bother for Marlene to be writing up offers late at night.
