DRAR is excited to announce that Lone Wolf Technologies will be providing an industry-leading transaction management solution, TransactionDesk, through our MLS® provider Stratus. The management solution system also includes integrated forms and eSignatures.
The implementation process is already underway. Stratus Users will be able to start using the TransactionDesk by mid to late spring. Available features include:
· Pre-programed OREA and Stratus Standard Forms
- PLUS a 90-day window for Brokerages to have their unique forms programmed and uploaded free of charge. DRAR will provide ample notice in advance of the 90-day window for Brokers to send their unique forms to Lone Wolf for programming.
· Unlimited, free eSignatures with Authentisign®
- Authentisign® is an approved WEBForms® eSignature provider used by over 500,000 real estate professionals in North America.
· Authentisign® can be used with WEBForms®
· Unlimited document storage for all document types
- This includes those created outside of TransactionDesk
· The ability to start a transaction with just one click from an MLS® Listing, including forms population, saving Members a lot of time on transaction management.
· A cross-platform system that works on any device with a Web Brower.
Training will be provided to Stratus Users by DRAR Professional Development Staff and Lone Wolf Services in the future using a combination of in-class and online options, including sessions at REALTOR® QUEST 2018 and REALTOR® Connect.
