Cost is $75.00 payable to OREA and the course runs from 9:30am-4:30pm. 

In addition, members are required to retain proof of registration/enrollment, for a period of four years, for each course/seminar attended.

Obtaining & Maintaining your license:

In an effort to enhance professional standards and consumer confidence, the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) has approved the Mandatory Continuing Education program requiring all RECO members to complete 24 credit hours of real estate education during each two-year registration cycle.

For registration renewals on or after January 1, 2001, all members must submit a "Declaration of Continuing Education" as part of their renewal application.

Proof of completion of the RECO Real Estate Update or completion of the RECO Real Estate Update - Commercial must be attached.
